For a long time I wandered within my own family system — occupying places that weren’t mine, carrying what wasn’t mine to carry. Until, with the right guidance, I was placed on my own spot for the very first time. Something cracked open. Something else came to rest. I landed in my body in a way I had never known before. From that moment, much began to change.
That experience is the foundation of the work I now hold for others.

There are themes in your life that keep coming back. No matter how hard you work on yourself — something keeps getting stuck.
Often the root runs deeper than your own story. In what has been passed down. In loyalties you carry unconsciously. In patterns that are generations old.
A family constellation makes the invisible visible.

What is a family constellation?
In a constellation, you explore where a recurring theme originates within your system. You free yourself from unconscious family patterns or loyalties that no longer serve you — patterns that stand in the way of your mission, your voice, your desires, your freedom, or your creativity.
Whatever is asking for your attention — it is welcome here.

This day
I regularly facilitate a constellation day with a small, intimate group of 4 to 6 participants. We work with small constellations for everyone and larger constellations per individual question.
Because we are a small group, you can also receive your own constellation. Feel where your core question lies — and where you want more clarity. You are welcome here. Your question often resonates with others in the group too. We always recognize ourselves somewhere in each other.
The day starts at 10:00 and ends around 17:00, at the Hoge Rijndijk in Leiden — easily accessible by car and public transport.

Herken je dat ook? Dat er thema’s in je leven zijn die elke keer weer kunnen opspelen? Een opstelling is een prachtige tool om te onderzoeken waar de wortel van dit thema vandaan komt.

Op 29 november begeleid ik weer een opstellingen dag met een klein intiem groepje van 4 tot 6 deelnemers. Ik zal de deelnemers begeleiden door een aantal kleine opstellingen voor iedereen en een aantal grotere opstellingen per individuele vraag.
Alles mag opgesteld worden: je levensmissie, de liefde, geld, je diepste pijn, je ziel, je potentie, je karma, je bestaansrecht, je onzekerheid, relaties die je triggeren, je grootste levensvraag van dit moment, je vrouwelijkheid, overgave, je huis, je werk, je kinderen, je zelfvertrouwen, je boosheid, je zwaarte, je creatiekracht, delen van je lichaam die misschien wel ziek zijn of waar je een onduidelijke relatie mee hebt, je (voor)ouders…

De dag start om 10:00 en eindigt rond 17:00. Het vindt plaats op de Hoge Rijndijk in Leiden. Makkelijke bereikbaar met de auto, maar ook makkelijk bereikbaar met het OV.

Omdat we met een kleine groep zijn, kan ook jij je eigen opstelling ontvangen. Voel maar waar jouw kernvraagt ligt en je meer helderheid in zou willen hebben.
Je bent welkom. Jouw vraag resoneert ook vaak bij anderen in de groep. We herkennen onszelf altijd wel ergens in elkaar.

‘Hele fijne (familie) opstellingendag gehad bij Martine. Ze begeleidt de opstellingen kundig vanuit rust en vertrouwen en het is voelbaar dat zij ervaring heeft met diepgaande thema’s. Daardoor kon ik volledig in overgave gaan in de opstelling, wetende dat ik gedragen werd. Heel fijn’ D.M.

Your Body Knows the Way Home — A three-day journey of embodiment

Part 1: Journey into Self — A day of coming home to your body

Journey into Self is an invitation to pause, to withdraw from the world for a day, and to sink into what is truly alive in you. It is the first day of Your Body Knows the Way Home, a three-day journey of embodiment held by Martine Nauta and Tessa Soellaart, exploring your relationship with yourself, your body, and your desires.

In this trilogy we would like to support you in getting more familiar with your body first of all, but also with the experience of a Temple space. A Temple space is a prepared sacred space in which we meet each other in our authenticity, sovereignty and desire. Temples are either just for women or for all sexes, but we will work towards a women’s Temple. These three days will be completely guided and the third day we will finish with a first Temple at the end. We would love to introduce Temple spaces in Leiden.

On this first day, we invite you to listen — really listen — to what your body has been telling you all along. Through somatic exercises, stillness, and conscious attention, you begin the journey of coming home to yourself: reconnecting with the desires that are truly yours, not the ones the world has handed you, but the ones that live quietly beneath the surface, waiting to be heard.

This is an intimate gathering, held for a small circle of maximum 13 women, so there is space for each of you to truly be seen.

There is nothing to perform here, nothing to achieve. Only space to feel, to slow down, and to meet yourself again — one body, one breath, one truth at a time.

It left me out of feeling the full juice of what more being alive has to offer. In the last 10 years I have made the deep journey fully back into my body, and oh dear, I discovered so much more presence, aliveness, connection, support, love and truth coming from my body. Deepening my (love) relationship with my body is now one of my top priorities. It serves me in all that I wish to experience in life.
I have a background in Integrative Therapy, Constellation Work, Layla Martins Vita Coaching and Tantra.
I know it might feel edgy and vulnerable to go deeper into your body and you know what: we will be in that together.

Martine brings her generous heart into the space, coming from a place of softness, wisdom and life experience. Easily inviting you in with her motherly embodied presence.

My name is Tessa (32), a curious being, dedicated to enjoy life fully. I have a background in physiotherapy, family constellation work, Tantra and guiding people individually and in groups to their deeper truth and aliveness through the body. I feel a deep calling to create spaces where we practice a new way of relating – finding that spot where we can meet in our own individual truths. Dropping into this sweetspot & let true intimacy unfold in its unique way, every time. The continuous practice of intimacy with myself and all that I meet, keeps me humble, radiant, and profoundly alive. I believe that by healing the way we relate to one another, we create a ripple effect that creates healing to all living beings and the Earth itself.

Tessa brings a sense of magic, a sense of warmth, a sense of joy to the space. She has a gift of making you feel deeply welcome & safe and a contagious energy of cutting through illusions with a sense of humour and not taking life too seriously.

Part 2: Explore with Other — A day of meeting each other in the body

‘Explore with Other’ is an invitation to turn outward, to discover what becomes possible when you meet someone else while staying deeply rooted in your own body. It is the second day of Your Body Knows the Way Home, a three-day journey of embodiment held by Martine Nauta and Tessa Soellaart, exploring your relationship with yourself, the other, and your desires.

On this day, we invite you to explore connection over performance, and presence over proving. Through guided exercises, you will experience what it feels like to be truly seen by another — and to truly see the other in return. You are invited to voice what you’d like to receive and to experience what it means to give consciously, fully, without losing yourself in the process. We will close our time together with a shared potluck dinner, letting the journey continue around the table in simple connection and nourishment.

Your Body Knows the Way Home — A three-day journey of embodiment

Part 3: Alchemy in Co-creation — A day of collective presence and sacred ritual

Alchemy in Co-creation is an invitation to step into full slowness, to surrender to the present moment, and to discover the magic that unfolds when a circle of women creates something sacred side by side. It is the third and closing day of Your Body Knows the Way Home, a three-day journey of embodiment held by Martine Nauta and Tessa Soellaart, bringing together your relationship with yourself, the other, and the group.

On this day, we invite you to follow your own desire as your only compass — choosing, again and again, what feels true for you. Through guided practices, you will experience how placing your own truth at the center allows you to give more generously, without abandoning yourself. We will explore how pleasure needs no destination and sink into what becomes possible when we stop performing and start feeling. On this third day we will close our journey together with a sacred Temple space ritual!
This Temple is for people who where in this trilogy ánd other people with no or very little temple space experience and would like to learn and be guided to get more familiar with this.
We would love to introduce the sacredness and beauty of temple spaces in Leiden.

This is an intimate gathering, held for a small circle of maximum 13 women, so there is space for each of you to truly be held.

There is nothing to perform here, nothing to achieve. Only space to feel, to surrender, and to create together — one body, one breath, one truth at a time. The last hour we will share a true Temple Space together in which we can connect en honour the Sacred Feminine within ourselves and each other.
