Coming Back to Your Aliveness — Sexual Energy as Life Force

After a powerful session this morning, I felt called to share something that keeps showing up in my work — the connection between our aliveness, our wild parts, and our sexual energy as life force. This video is raw and real, recorded straight from the heart.

There are moments in sessions that stay with you long after the woman has left.

This morning I witnessed something beautiful. A woman reconnecting to a part of herself that had been disconnected since she was very young. Not because of what happened — but because at some point her body, still small and young, could not hold the aliveness that wanted to flow through her. So she dissociated from it.

In our session, she was able to feel all of it. To let it move through her. And with that — she came home to herself. To her senses. To her roots. To a deeper aliveness she had almost forgotten was there.

It led us into a conversation about something I believe is at the heart of embodiment work: our sexual essence.

Sexual energy is not separate from who we are. It is life force. It is what gives us aliveness — the ability to feel present, to be fully in our body, to feel and express and create and connect. And to feel safe doing all of that, because we feel safe within ourselves first.

But for so many women, this safety was never a given. From a young age, many women sense the unsafety that lives around their body, around their sexuality. So they disconnect. They reject it. They push it away. They freeze, dissociate, hide, or become someone smaller than they are.

Part of coming home to yourself is coming back to that aliveness. To your wild parts — the parts that want to move, to sound, to scream, to let everything flow through you. The parts that were told, from very young, to be quiet. To behave. To be invisible.

Reclaiming that is not about becoming someone new. It is about liberating who you always were — underneath everything you were told to be.

That is my mission. To liberate one woman at a time.

What does it actually feel like to be in your aliveness? It feels like presence. Like being able to cry when something moves you, to laugh without holding back, to feel anger without shutting down, to desire without shame. It feels like being real — fully, unapologetically real.

So many women have learned to manage themselves instead. To contain. To perform. To be palatable. And in doing so, they have slowly disconnected from the very source of their vitality.

Coming back to your sexual energy is not about becoming more sexual in the way the world defines it. It is about reclaiming your life force. Your creativity. Your power. Your right to feel, to express, to exist fully in your body.

This is the work. And it is some of the most profound work I know.

If this resonates with you — if something in you recognises what I am describing — I invite you to stay close. This is a conversation I will keep returning to. Because this is where the real liberation begins. In the body. In the wild. In the truth of who you are.
