For a long time I wandered within my own family system — occupying places that weren’t mine, carrying what wasn’t mine to carry. Until, with the right guidance, I was placed on my own spot for the very first time. Something cracked open. Something else came to rest. I landed in my body in a way I had never known before. From that moment, much began to change.
That experience is the foundation of the work I now hold for others.

There are themes in your life that keep coming back. No matter how hard you work on yourself — something keeps getting stuck.
Often the root runs deeper than your own story. In what has been passed down. In loyalties you carry unconsciously. In patterns that are generations old.
A family constellation makes the invisible visible.

What is a family constellation?
In a constellation, you explore where a recurring theme originates within your system. You free yourself from unconscious family patterns or loyalties that no longer serve you — patterns that stand in the way of your mission, your voice, your desires, your freedom, or your creativity.
Whatever is asking for your attention — it is welcome here.

This day
I regularly facilitate a constellation day with a small, intimate group of 4 to 6 participants. We work with small constellations for everyone and larger constellations per individual question.
Because we are a small group, you can also receive your own constellation. Feel where your core question lies — and where you want more clarity. You are welcome here. Your question often resonates with others in the group too. We always recognize ourselves somewhere in each other.
The day starts at 10:00 and ends around 17:00, at the Hoge Rijndijk in Leiden — easily accessible by car and public transport.

Herken je dat ook? Dat er thema’s in je leven zijn die elke keer weer kunnen opspelen? Een opstelling is een prachtige tool om te onderzoeken waar de wortel van dit thema vandaan komt.

Op vrijdag 23 augustus begeleid ik weer een opstellingen dag met een klein intiem groepje van 4 tot 6 deelnemers. Ik zal de deelnemers begeleiden door een aantal kleine opstellingen voor iedereen en een aantal grotere opstellingen per individuele vraag.
Alles mag opgesteld worden: je levensmissie, de liefde, geld, je diepste pijn, je ziel, je potentie, je karma, je bestaansrecht, je onzekerheid, relaties die je triggeren, je grootste levensvraag van dit moment, je vrouwelijkheid, overgave, je huis, je werk, je kinderen, je zelfvertrouwen, je boosheid, je zwaarte, je creatiekracht, delen van je lichaam die misschien wel ziek zijn of waar je een onduidelijke relatie mee hebt, je (voor)ouders…

De dag start om 10:00 en eindigt rond 17:00. Het vindt plaats op de Hoge Rijndijk in Leiden. Makkelijke bereikbaar met de auto, maar ook makkelijk bereikbaar met het OV.

Omdat we met een kleine groep zijn, kan ook jij je eigen opstelling ontvangen. Voel maar waar jouw kernvraagt ligt en je meer helderheid in zou willen hebben.
Je bent welkom. Jouw vraag resoneert ook vaak bij anderen in de groep. We herkennen onszelf altijd wel ergens in elkaar.

‘Hele fijne (familie) opstellingendag gehad bij Martine. Ze begeleidt de opstellingen kundig vanuit rust en vertrouwen en het is voelbaar dat zij ervaring heeft met diepgaande thema’s. Daardoor kon ik volledig in overgave gaan in de opstelling, wetende dat ik gedragen werd. Heel fijn’ D.M.

P.S. De starttijd ligt vast en omdat we werken met elkaar, elkaars energie en het collectieve veld is de eindtijd een inschatting, dit kan dus korter of langer zijn.
