You can bring your own question and/or be invited to participate as a representative. I call it family constellations because this is the most widely known form of constellation work — and there is so much to gain from it as the person bringing a question. Your question may also invite a constellation of the female line, or a constellation around other aspects of your life. There is space for 4 to 5 people with a question, and possibly a constellation around a shared theme. As a representative, you always resonate with what you are asked to hold in someone else’s constellation. This always has something to tell or teach you as well — which means everyone leaves the day with new insights and experiences.
